Historique :	Trouvé, à la mie 19e siècle, sous le bénitier de l'église, lorsqu'on prolongea l'édifice d'une travée. En 1599, lorsque Henri IV ordonna le rétablissement du culte catholique dans les paroisses où il avait été supprimé, l'abbé Jacques de Villemur de Pailhes (1597-1638), prieur de Camon et gros décimateur à Mazères, en sa qualité de supérieur de Boulbonne et les catholiques, firent reconstruire l'église paroissiale qui avait été détruite par les Réformés. Jacques de Villemur fit placer ses armes sur la porte principale de l'édifice. L'église a été agrandie deux fois, d'abord en 1720 et c'est alors qu'on enleva le bas-relief, puis à la mie 19e siècle.
