Description :	En forme de tour circulaire sur un pied évasé, serré par un noeud. La tour a deux étages, fenêtres en plein cintre. Dans chaque fenêtre, un personnage en relief, debout, tenant une croix à la main, à ses pieds, à gauche, un calice. Le même personnage en cuivre non doré est indéfiniment répété. Une galerie circulaire surmonte les étages, le couvercle amovible est formé par une sorte de toit conique décoré d'écailles alternativement rayées et unies. Chaque étage est séparé par une bande en dents de scie. Le décor des arcatures du premier étage, pilastres et arcs, est composé de stries, celui du second est un peu différent, arcs aussi striés, mais pilastres décorés de dent de scie. Les figures décrites sont sur une série de plaques distinctes soudées mais faites spécialement pour le reliquaire comme le montre un entourage de grainats adaptés à l'arcature.
