Description :	Visage rosé, vêtements bleu et manteau doré. Tête chauve et barbe abondante et torsadée suivant les représentations classiques de la statuaire de Saint Paul. Ouverture béante et sans vitre pour le coffret aux reliques qui sont naturellement absentes.

Historique :	Ce reliquaire se trouvait sur l'autel de la chapelle romane du 10 et 12e siècle de Saint-Paul d'Arnave, construite dans la montagne, à une demi-heure de marche du village d'Arnave. Cette chapelle était propriété privée, nous avons persuadé la propriétaire de la céder à la commune qui a accepté par délibération du mois de juin 1964 et l'acte de vente notarié a été accepté par le conseil municipal en décembre 1964. Cette chapelle a par la suite été classée. Le culte de Saint-Paul était célébré dans cette chapelle une fois par an, le 29 juin. On s'y rendait en pélerinage et la chapelle passait pour guérir de l'épilepsie. Nous avons, après nettoyage, restauration et fouilles, réussi à faire reprendre une ou deux fois cette tradition de pélerinage.
